Not only is it important that your cake looks fabulous but it must taste incredible too. All our cakes are therefore made using the highest quality ingredients including real butter, Madagascan bourbon vanilla and Belgian chocolate.
The following list of flavours is by no means exhaustive. If there is something else that you fancy, please ask and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. These flavours are for wedding/celebration cakes only – cupcake flavours are available on request.
Madagascan vanilla Madeira layered with vanilla buttercream and raspberry or strawberry conserve
Light lemon Madeira layered with lemon buttercream and homemade lemon curd
Moist Belgian chocolate fudge cake layered with Belgian chocolate ganache
Moist cinnamon apple sponge layered with vanilla buttercream and caramel sauce
Rich chocolate cake layered with peanut nougat buttercream, caramel sauce

Light Madeira sponge layered with raspberries & white chocolate ganache
